- Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. \n
- Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and sterile equipment for procedures. \n
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team while maintaining a sterile environment. \n
- Monitor patient status throughout surgery and respond promptly to any changes. \n
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed. \n
- Accurately document patient care, surgical procedures, and perioperative records. \n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality surgical care. \n
