Western Colorado premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for an Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist located at on our Valley View Carbondale Clinic.
\nDue to increase in volume, we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accommodate.
\nIn this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
\nSchedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary and will include a Saturday schedule. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!
\nPossible Housing Opportunity: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1790/month (studio) $1980 /month (small1 bedroom) - includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. \nQUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy \n
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado \n
- At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred. \n
- BLS through the American Heart Association. \n
