Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care in a Level III Trauma Center with 21 ED beds and 1 Trauma Bay.
\n
• Perform triage in a fast track of 4 beds, with 2 designated triage rooms.
\n
• Manage ER holds independently within an intermixed ER environment.
\n
• Ensure patient safety while collaborating with 24/7 ED Charge RN and House Supervisor.
\n
• Utilize Meditech EMR system for documentation and charting.
\n
• Perform required procedures such as blood draws and EKGs with assistance from ED Techs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in good standing.
\n
• Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications; PALS or ENPC recommended.
\n
• Experience in an Emergency/Trauma setting is required.
\n
• Proficiency in using the Meditech EMR system.
\n
• Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and patient assessment.
\n
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled.
\n
