Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
\n
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.
\n
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and labor management.
\n
• Implement and adhere to baby-friendly protocols.
\n
• Participate in patient discharge teaching and postpartum care.
\n
• Float between units as "Helping Hands" as required.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current Wisconsin RN license is required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
\n
• BLS and NRP certifications are required; STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS are preferred.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
\n
• Understanding of antepartum and postpartum care necessary.
\n
• Ability to work every third weekend and one holiday as required.
\n
