Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct nursing care in various units including ICU, ER, and MedSurg.
\n
• Ensure compliance with care protocols and hospital policies.
\n
• Effectively handle emergency situations in a high-pressure environment.
\n
• Utilize the Cerner charting system for patient documentation.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals.
\n
• Adapt to changing patient care scenarios within float pool assignments.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of California.
\n
• ACLS, BLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
\n
• Proven experience in critical care settings preferred.
\n
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination.
\n
• Eligibility for license submission upon employment.
\n
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend.
\n
