Your Hands-On Training RoutineConduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and working professionals in the area.
Deliver clear, straightforward presentations explaining available programs and employee services.
Execute daily sales and enrollment workflows by guiding interested individuals and businesses through final program selections.
Serve as a dependable point of contact to support and maintain client accounts over the long term.
Organize and take full ownership of your daily schedule of client appointments and follow-ups.
Engage in morning team strategy sessions, professional leadership coaching, and operational workshops.
Backgrounds as a warehouse lead, shift supervisor, crew foreman, restaurant captain, or assistant manager are highly valued, but not required.
A strong, dependable work ethic backed by a genuine desire to develop a new professional skill set.
Clear, honest communication skills and a comfortable demeanor when speaking with new people.
A highly coachable attitude—someone who can execute a proven playbook, take feedback, and apply it daily.
A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle to navigate the local market for daily client visits.
Ability to complete the standard state professional licensing process (full preparation support are provided).
Comfortable with performance-driven environments—thrives when compensation is tied directly to individual output and metric achievement rather than a flat hourly cap.

Compensation: Performance-based compensation, with a target first-year range of $41,300 - $94,100+, depending on individual execution and production.
