Tripod Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The RN is accountable for managing the care of an assigned patient population, delivering evidence-based nursing practice, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
\n The ideal candidate is committed to patient safety, quality care, and continuous professional development while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This role includes supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, serving as a mentor and preceptor, and supporting quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
\n In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, and collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will monitor patient progress, document clinical interventions, provide education throughout the patient's stay and discharge process, and ensure care is delivered in accordance with evidence-based practice and organizational standards.
\n The Registered Nurse is also responsible for appropriately delegating responsibilities to licensed and non-licensed staff, promoting teamwork, mentoring colleagues, and participating in quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
