Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM). Weekend rotation includes one weekend (Friday evening through Monday morning) every 4-5 weeks. Call requirements include 2 weekday nights (7:00 PM – 6:30 AM) and weekend call rotation every 4-5 weeks (Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM). Two-team rotation system with 12-hour call shifts. May include holiday coverage based on schedule rotation.

• High-volume cardiac catheterization lab performing 35-45 cases daily with diverse procedural mix

• Advanced interventional and structural cardiology procedures including TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, and CTO interventions

• 1:1 staffing ratios ensuring focused, quality patient care
\n
• State-of-the-art equipment including Siemens Artis Z & Q systems, Philips Volcano IVUS, and Cerner EHR
\n
• 838-bed Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital affiliated with the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
\n
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling expectations
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Active West Virginia state license or compact license (pending acceptable for submission; must be active before start date)
\n
• ARRT(R) and ARRT(BD) certification required (RCIS and RCES are not accepted for this position)
\n
• BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
\n
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; must be competent in all aspects of diagnostic and interventional procedures including structural cardiology
\n
• Prior travel assignment experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers will not be considered due to high-volume, complex case environment
\n
• Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, CTO, Impella, IABP, ECMO, temporary pacemakers, shockwave, IVUS, TAVR, and Watchman
\n
• Two manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years required
\n
• Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from facility (75-99 miles considered case-by-case)
\n
