American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience and proficiency in HCHB and OASIS for a day shift, Monday through Friday contract role.

• No weekend or on-call requirements
\n
• Mileage reimbursed at the government rate
\n

Requirements\n

• DPT required
\n
• AHA BLS required
\n
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
\n
• Proficiency in HCHB and OASIS required
\n
• Active, unrestricted PT license required (license required if applicable)
\n
• Minimum 2 supervisor references required for consideration — one from the past year and one from within the past two years
\n
• Date of birth and Social Security Number required for consideration
\n

Additional Information\n

• Candidates with a prior hit on their license will not be considered
\n
• RTO requests exceeding 5 days will result in automatic disqualification
\n
• Candidates must have worked in the home health specialty within the last 3 months
