Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage patients with Congestive Heart Failure and Acute Coronary Syndrome.
  • \n
  • Administer medications and care to patients with respiratory issues like COPD and pneumonia.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory and physical therapy.
  • \n
  • Floating required as needed to adapt to unit demands.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance with infection control guidelines and PPE protocols.
  • \n
  • Participate in patient discharge planning and education.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Active RN license required.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a related field.
  • \n
  • ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory; NIHSS certification preferred.
  • \n
  • Proficient in EPIC EMR system and familiar with dysrhythmia interpretation.
  • \n
  • Experience with cardiac telemetry, BiPAP/CPAP management, and arterial blood gases.
  • \n
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
