📢 Clinic Registered Nurse Opportunity – Pella, Iowa
\n We are hiring Clinic Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment with Pella Regional Health Center in Pella, Iowa.
\n Position Details:
\n • Duration: 13 weeks
\n • Schedule: Day shift
\n • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
\n • No call and no holiday coverage required
\n • EMR: Meditech
\n • Openings: 3
\n Requirements:
\n • Graduate of an accredited RN program
\n • Active Iowa RN license
\n • 3+ year of RN experience required
\n • Current AHA BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
\n • Acute care or ambulatory/clinic experience preferred
\n • Strong patient service, nursing process, communication, and telephone triage skills
\n • Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems and electronic documentation
\n • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively with minimal supervision
\n Key Responsibilities:
\n • Maintain efficient clinic flow for patients and providers.
\n • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, procedures, and follow-up care.
\n • Manage patient phone calls, triage concerns, and provide appropriate nursing guidance within scope of practice.
\n • Document patient care accurately in Meditech.
\n • Coordinate care with providers and clinic staff to support a positive patient experience.
\n • Provide organized, compassionate, customer-focused care in a fast-paced clinic setting.
