Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses.
\n
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments in the operating room.
\n
• Manage and inventory surgical instruments and supplies.
\n
• Assist with circulating duties and support surgical team as needed.
\n
• Implement aseptic techniques and manage case carts efficiently.
\n
• Provide support in cardiac and vascular surgical cases as required.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current BLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aseptic technique, case carts, and specialized surgeries.
\n
• Experience with XI Robotics and general surgical procedures preferred.
\n
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment needed.
\n
• Flu vaccine required; no exemptions allowed.
\n
• Experience in Trauma Level I environment preferred.
\n
