\nPay Range: $85,000 - $105,000

\nWhat You'll Do
\n· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.
\n· Lead customer programs from award through production and ongoing lifecycle management.
\n· Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure successful execution.
\n· Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.
\n· Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
\n· Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n· Monitor program performance, timing, and profitability.
\n· Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem solving.
\nWhat We're Looking For
\n· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
\n· Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
\n· Strong organizational and project management skills.
\n· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
\n· Experience leading cross-functional teams.
\n· Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.
\n· APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
