Registered Nurse – Hospice Case Manager | Bastrop, TX

Location: Bastrop, TX 78602
Facility: JOL Healthcare Hospice
Start Date: 08/03/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days – 5x8 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week (30 productivity points required to be considered full-time)
Local Candidates: Accepted (within 50 miles)

• Monday–Friday
\n
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n
• One weekday on-call rotation required
\n
• Weekend on-call as needed
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active Texas RN License (required at submission)
\n
• BLS Certification
\n
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
\n
• Minimum 1 year of Hospice experience
\n
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience (required)
\n
• OASIS documentation experience (required/preferred)
\n
• Admissions experience
\n
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 50 miles
\n
• Non-smoker preferred (due to COPD patient population)
\n
