**Exciting Opportunity for a CT/RAD Tech!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic Imaging Team as a Traveler CT/RAD Tech! **What You’ll Need:** - Completion of formal radiological technologist training in an AMA approved training program. - ARRT Registered. - MRI experience preferred, but not required. - Minimum of 6 months experience in Computerized Tomography, with CT certification. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. **What You’ll Do:** - Perform procedures following prescribed techniques, including equipment adjustment, determining proper voltage, current, and time. - Arrange immobilization and support devices; adjust lead shielding and select proper film. - Clean x-ray room and equipment daily to maintain a safe working environment. - Take on call assignments as needed, showcasing your dedication. - Conduct quality control tasks and maintain quality control reports specific to procedures. - Handle general office duties such as scheduling, answering phones, filing, and patient scheduling as necessary. - Perform diagnostic testing and general maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. - Prepare the room with necessary materials for procedures, including contrast material. - Uphold radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure for patients and staff. **Community Profile:** - Embrace the best of Colorado living in a scenic and bustling community. - Enjoy outdoor recreation surrounded by the Sangre de Cristo and San Juan mountains. - Explore opportunities for adventure, including the hidden treasure of Wolf Creek Ski Resort. - Experience community pride, eclectic shops, affordable housing, and great schools. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
