American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract, operating a Siemens Espree 1.5T large bore system across a broad range of neurological, musculoskeletal, and vascular imaging studies.

- Inpatient hospital MRI unit \n
- Adult acute care patient population \n
- Broad range of studies including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, breast, musculoskeletal, and vascular MRA/MRV imaging \n
- Siemens Espree 1.5T large bore MRI system and BRACCO power injector used \n
- 3x12-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM \n

- Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- ARRT (MR) or equivalent certification required; state license required if applicable \n
- Proficiency with Siemens MRI systems strongly preferred \n
- Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, and peripheral IV starts \n
- Skills required include neurological (brain, cranial nerves, spine), MSK (shoulder, knee, hip, extremities), abdominal, pelvic, breast, and vascular (MRA/MRV) imaging \n
- Advanced imaging technique experience required, including Diffusion, Gradient Echo, MIP, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Spin Echo, T1/T2 Weighted, and Surface Coil imaging \n
- Familiarity with isolation precautions and PPE protocols \n
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible \n

- First-time travelers may be considered provided the candidate has significant hands-on MRI experience \n
- No scrub color requirement; scrubs are not provided \n
- Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration \n
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration \n
- All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration \n
