American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at an acute care facility in Montana, requiring at least 1 year of experience and AHA-certified BLS and ACLS.

- Acute care unit with 31 beds \n
- Adult and geriatric patient population \n
- Common diagnoses include small bowel obstructions, diabetic complications, wound care, acute kidney injury, pneumonia, and sepsis \n
- Patient ratio of 1:6 \n
- Every third weekend required \n
- No on-call requirements \n
- Floating required as appropriate to experience \n
- Charting performed in Cerner EMR \n

- Active MT RN license or compact RN license currently in hand \n
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS and ACLS \n
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required \n
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Associates degree or higher \n
- Proficiency in NG tube placement and management, Foley placement and management, and chest tube maintenance \n
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration \n

- Cerner EMR experience preferred \n
- NIHSS certification preferred \n
- Candidates must have a permanent address located more than 60 miles from the facility \n
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible \n
- Candidates may not be employed full-time elsewhere during this assignment \n
- Any solid scrub color is acceptable; fluorescent colors are not permitted \n
