LPN - Baylor

Trinity Village in Hickory is hiring LPN Baylor positions!

• Starting pay would be depending on experience with an additional 25% per hour incentive and shift differential to be included.
• Full-time & part-time positions available
• Trinity Village now offers the Daily Pay App where employees can access their earned pay prior to the normal pay day!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Performs nursing duties as assigned
• Accurately documents all care provided in accordance with resident ordered plan of care
• Administers medications and treatments to residents as ordered by physician
• Mandatory Attendance for all in-service and education programs as scheduled

Education & Experience:

• Currently licensed as an active Licensed Practical Nurse in NC or a compact state or an active Registered Nurse in NC or a compact state
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• CPR certification is Required
• Valid Driver’s License is Required
