Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry to join their team. As a Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Ensure safety and food safety requirements are met and followed according to plantwide GMPs.
• Measure, weigh, count, and package products and materials accurately.
• Examine and inspect bags, pouches, and totes to ensure proper specifications are maintained.
• Perform repetitive lifting of 50lb bags safely and efficiently.
• Report all food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel for immediate action.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good attendance record.
• Previous experience of 3-6 months in a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and GMP procedures diligently.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work tasks.
