Outdoor Equipment Associate

Our client, an industry leader in outdoor equipment manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Equipment Associate to join their team. As an Outdoor Equipment Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and painting of metal plates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Outdoor Equipment Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Painting and assembling metal plates for outdoor equipment products
• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained during assembly processes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Following safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• Forklift experience is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• No prior experience necessary
