Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Bergen County, NJ | PRN & Part-Time | $65–$85 Per Visit

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Bergen County, NJ.

Treat one patient at a time without the double-booking, productivity quotas, or clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings.

What You'll Do:

As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Bergen County.

Responsibilities include:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and their ability to perform daily activities.
Complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area within Bergen County.

Compensation:

Part-Time W-2:

$65 per follow-up visit.
$75 per 4-unit evaluation.

PRN:

$72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
$85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:

An active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey is required.
Reliable transportation required.
