Regional Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW
Job Summary:
Sweetwater Care, a skilled nursing facilitator newly introduced to Massachusetts, is in search of a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team in the greater Boston area. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including assessments, therapy sessions, and case management) as well as overseeing the workflow and outcomes of those you steward ( other LCSWs and social service personal) If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and possess excellent clinical skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and case management
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Conduct many other duties, including mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of client services and treatment plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures
Guide and mentor other LCSWs in the same demographic
Requirements:
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical social work setting
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Active NPI in good standing with the state
