Newfane Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, a warm, community-centered skilled nursing facility in the heart of Niagara County, is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our multidisciplinary care team. The Registered Dietitian (RD) position is a great opportunity for a dietitian at any stage of their career — prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience is welcome but not required. Registered Dietitian (RD) Duties

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents

• Monitor residents' nutritional status, weights, and dietary needs

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on resident care planning

• Ensure dining and nutrition services meet state and federal regulations

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff

Registered Dietitian (RD) Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

Registered Dietitian (RD) Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) — current registration/certification

• Dietitian experience preferred; nursing home experience NOT required
