Utility Operator C - Ellsinore - Now Hiring

Penmac Staffing is currently hiring a Utility Operator C for a charcoal manufacturing facility in Ellsinore, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial setting and are committed to maintaining safety and efficiency. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and monitor production equipment in charcoal manufacturing. 

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed. 

• Handle materials, load/unload product, and maintain workflow. 

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards. 

• Assist with general plant operations and housekeeping duties. 

• Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, with potential for 10-hour shifts 

• $16.04 hourly pay 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or utility operations preferred. 

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to heat, dust, and machinery. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. 

• Drug Screen and Criminal Background Investigation 

• Steel Toe Boots
