Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

91-year-old woman who suffers from dementia and is currently being moved to hospice care for her end of life care. My grandmother lives in a mother daughter home with access to a kitchen, bathroom, and television. Close family members are active and just need help with her care while they work.
