Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting... really just rolling. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with diaper changes is a requirement, I will help with changes as 2nd person. She uses a hoyer lift. I have mom 2 days with an overnight a month from nursing home looking to possibly have the same person available. It's pretty much always a Sunday/Monday combo
