Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Im a SAHM who wants to make some side income while staying at home and working remotely. I would like a caretaker to essentially monitor, and do creative activities with my son while I work 2-4 hours per day. We are a screen free and pretty crunchy household in some of our views and would like to collaborate with a caretaker who is attentive, outgoing, and can work alongside me.
