Babysitter Needed for my Children

We have twin girls that are 15 months old. We would just want someone to watch them and play with them while we work. Our top priority is getting every Wednesday covered while we work. On top of that, I have occasional meetings at work on Monday afternoons, about once per month. If willing, we could pay extra hours for someone to cover a few hours on a Monday afternoon until my wife finishes work around 5:30.
