Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a little 14-year-old schnauzer that is not used to being alone and unfortunately, I will be gone for the weekend so ideally I need somebody that can be here with her during the day and stay the night. She plays sometimes, but definitely loves her walks so Walking is a must! She also takes a half a pill of medicine in the morning and at night with her dinner. Shes super easy-going, sleeps a lot and is a little shy around other animals.
