Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. We have an immediate part-time to full-time position available to support Sioux Falls and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities and Duties:

• perform new nursing client onboarding and develop care plan in collaboration with client, family, and other healthcare providers
• perform hospitalization assessment and collaboration with other healthcare interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure quality care is being provided
• supervise, mentor, and support field nurses
• conduct performance evaluations and competency evaluations for field nurses 
• conduct field visits and clinical observations 
• new client and nurse hand off training 
• delegation from Director of Nursing as needed 

Requirements:

• Active South Dakota Registered Nurse license and in good standing.
• Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
• Able to pass a background check
