RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized care for progressive care and step-down patients
Monitor cardiac, respiratory, and post-procedural patients closely
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
