Job Description
Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties.Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Excellence team
  • Effectively maintain Personal files in all Learning ARTS databases
  • Creates Learning ARTS reports as needed
  • Manages PTO/UTO and sick leave dash boards
  • Conduct regular audits of files and records
  • Answer employee questions and address employee concerns
  • Communicate company updates and changes regarding new hires, terminations, benefit changes, or policy changes
  • Draft letters, memos and compose correspondence relating to routine communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of Human Resources information
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Conducts Conflict Management as needed
  • Coordinates management training in terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Observes current HIPAA/HITECH guidelines and company policies and procedures regarding the privacy and security of patient and employee information.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1 year administrative experience
