RN – Progressive Care Unit (Medical PCU) | Fort Myers, FL
Join a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit where your clinical skills and compassionate care help patients through critical stages of recovery. We’re seeking a dedicated RN – Medical PCU to provide exceptional patient care in Fort Myers, FL.
Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care for medical progressive care patients
Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
What You’ll Bring:
