Location: On-site, near Franklin, TN

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Schedule: Full-Time – Admin Hours – Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freestanding ER Nurse Manager to lead and manage the emergency nursing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and operational management to the Freestanding ER nursing team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and team performance.
• Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a supportive and skilled team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Oversee resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and supply chain needs.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care within the emergency department.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or BCLS Instructor credential (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• 1-3 years of related experience in emergency nursing or healthcare management.
