- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility).
- Certifications: Core certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required. Must complete PALS courses within 6 months of hire. EPNC and TNCC certifications are preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is also noted as preferred on qualifications.
- Required Experience: Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit coupled with recent Critical Care/ICU nursing experience specifically involving cardiovascular surgery patients.

- Robust retirement savings plan with a generous employer matching contribution.
