Icebox Cryotherapy Studios is looking for high-energy Brand Ambassador's for our studio location. Icebox is an upscale athletic and therapeutic spa specializing in innovative cold therapies. We work with clients who are looking for athletic wellness/recovery, natural pain management, and skin health.

We offer a flexible schedule allowing for a great work-life balance. Team members will lead the "Icebox Experience" by assisting with client reception, introducing guests to our innovative therapies, and driving revenue through package and product education.

The Ideal Candidate: We love people who are obsessed with health and wellness! Our Wellness Brand Ambassador must thrive in a membership sales environment and have a proven track record in retail sales. Enjoy a premium work environment with paid training and monthly bonus opportunities. Students 18+ years of age are encouraged to apply. Weekend availability is required. 


Job Type: Part-Time. Studio is open 6 days/week but closed on major holidays. Shifts range from 4-8 hours in length.

Compensation: Hourly with bonus/commission opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Customer Excellence: Deliver an overall premium customer service experience from check-in to check-out.
  
  
• Sales & Education: Promote and educate clients on company products, services, and membership benefits.
  
  
• Relationship Building: Create lasting relationships with clients to further personalize their wellness journey.
  
  
• Proactive Service: Anticipate client needs to ensure a high-quality, seamless experience.
  
  
• Expert Advice: Answer customer queries and recommend specific services or packages tailored to guest goals.
  
  
• Lead Generation: Work with potential guests to introduce them to the benefits of Icebox.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and visiting staff to ensure the "Icebox Experience" is perfect.
  
  
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and high-end aesthetic of the studio.
