Responsibilities
Operate and maintain endoscopy/GI tech equipment with strict safety protocols.
Assist clinicians during GI procedures, ensuring streamlined workflow and patient safety.
Ensure on-site safety, conduct risk assessments, and report hazards promptly.
Execute routine preventive maintenance and calibrations per schedule.
Document procedural logs, instrument usage, and incident reports clearly and timely.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards; participate in internal audits.
Collaborate with team to meet performance targets and contribute to merit-based recognition.
Monitor and manage inventory of GI supplies, ordering replenishments as needed.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast demand, utilization, and capacity within territory.
Provide feedback for process improvements and participate in professional development activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient flow and procedure scheduling.
Communicate clearly with patients and staff; maintain high visibility of work activity.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified endoscopy/GI technician with relevant clinical experience.
Operate and maintain endoscopy/GI equipment following safety protocols.
Assist clinicians during GI procedures while ensuring patient safety.
Adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards; participate in audits.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibrations per schedule.
Accurately document logs, instrument usage, and incident reports.
Analyze data to forecast demand, utilization, and capacity by territory.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient flow and scheduling.
Monitor GI supply inventory and place replenishment orders.
