We’re seeking an experienced leader to oversee surgical services and drive excellence in patient care. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading clinical teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all surgical departments.

Schedule: Full-time, day shift with rotating weekends
Salary: $184K–$276K annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support surgical staff and department operations

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

• Improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and team performance

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN license (CA preferred)

• Strong clinical, operational, and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

• Master's degree preferred

• 3+ years of Surgical Services experience required

• 1+ years of recent leadership experience in Surgical Services at the Director or strong Manager level required
