Location: California 95240

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay: $1,987 – $2,230 per week

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (36–48 hours/week)

Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts, start/end times vary)

Provide emergency nursing care using the nursing process

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes

Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as appropriate

Support patient/family education and discharge planning

Education:

• BSN (Preferred)

Experience:

• Acute care experience (Preferred)

Licensure/Certifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice (Required)

• BLS/CPR (AHA, ARC, or RQI) (Required)

Unit Size: 30 beds + 20 hallway spaces

Staffing Ratio: 4:1

Weekend Requirement: 6 shifts per 6-week schedule

Float: Task RN

Scheduling: Self-scheduling

Documentation System: Cerner

Medication System: Pyxis

Must meet vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
