Level 1 RN Med/Surg

Location: NY 14456
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)

• Pay: $1,889 – $2,122/week

• Schedule: Full-time, 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

  • Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

  • Rotation: Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays as needed

  • On-Call: 2 on-call shifts every 4 weeks

  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)

  • Holidays: Required

• Provide Med/Surg & Telemetry care: assess patients, develop/adjust care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and document care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients/families on treatment plans, discharge care, and lifestyle changes

• Promote patient safety, infection control, and a healing environment across adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations

• Active New York State RN License (required)

• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience

• Telemetry experience required

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (AHA or RQI only)

• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call
