Rn Supervisor for 132 Bed Facility Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility.

We have full and part-time positions available.

Evening and night schedules are available. Possibility for 8 12 or 16-hour shifts Working with you for a work-life balance.

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service in the facility on off shifts, evenings, nights, and some weekends.

Work involves managing the care of facility residents from admission to discharge.

To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.

To use independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.

Manage IV Medications, Respiratory assessments, and treatments as well as pass medications as needed.
