RN - CVICU

Location: California 95240
Pay: $2,473 – $2,770/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 3x12s (36–48 hours/week)
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Provide critical care nursing using the nursing process

• Monitor, assess, and manage CVICU patients

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Administer treatments and educate patients/families

• Delegate tasks and support unit workflow

Education & Experience

• BSN (Preferred)

• Acute care experience (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

• Active California RN license (Required)

• BLS/CPR certification (Required)

• Unit: CVICU (10 beds)

• Ratios: 2:1

• Charting System: Cerner

• Medication System: Pyxis

• Call: Not required

• Float: To MS/Tele and assist in ED

• Weekend Requirement: 6 shifts in a 6-week period

• Scheduling: Self-scheduling

• Support Services:

  • Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, Unit Secretary: 24/7

  • Intensivist: 12-hour coverage

  • Hospitalist: 24/7

• Must comply with all vaccination requirements (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
