About the Role

Weatherly Inn is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to lead nursing services and oversee high-quality resident care in our Assisted Living community. This leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and resident and family satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of resident care and nursing services

  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff

  • Conduct resident assessments and care plan reviews

  • Ensure compliance with Washington State Boarding Home regulations

  • Manage medications, documentation, and emergency situations

  • Communicate regularly with families, providers, and the Administrator

  • Participate in quality assurance, inspections, and corrective actions

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Nursing degree preferred

  • 5+ years in a related healthcare field with 2+ years in a supervisory role

  • Active Washington State Nursing License (required)

  • Valid WA Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • CPR (within 30 days), Food Handler, Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days)

  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and documentation skills

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; push residents up to 250 lbs in wheelchair
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift
