RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
📍 Sterling, CO
We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a supportive maternity team in Sterling, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an L&D RN who enjoys providing high-quality care in a community-focused hospital setting.
Position Overview:
Provide comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Collaborate closely with OB providers, anesthesia, and NICU/pediatric teams
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Requirements:
Active Colorado RN license or compact license
BLS required
NRP required (ACLS preferred)
2+ years of recent L&D experience preferred
Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills
