RN-Oncology - Milwaukee

Department: Oncology Unit

Shift Timings: 08:00 - 16:30 Hours Monday to friday (5 Days/8 Hours)

Per Week: 40Hours

8 week contract - M-F; Weekends: none: Holidays: none; Oncology OCN certification required to administer chemotherapy, Oncology infusion experience required; may need to float to sites within 40 miles

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​Implement and monitors patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
