Advance your nursing career in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit where surgical recovery and patient-centered care come together. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate RN – PCU Surgical to join a dedicated healthcare team in beautiful Fort Myers, FL.
Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality care for post-surgical and progressive care patients
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing assessments
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and positive patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
