Contract RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

• Location: Greeley, Colorado 80631 (NCMC; regional contract with potential float to BFCMC)

• Pay: $2,254 – $2,527 per week

• Hours: 19:00 – 07:30 (night shift)

• Schedule: Subject to weekends, holidays, float, and call per department guidelines

• Dress Code: Hospital-issued scrubs and hospital-issued jacket or gown

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Labor & Delivery nursing care in an acute care setting

• Support triage, labor management, postpartum couplet care, OR circulating for C-sections, and newborn care

• Assist with deliveries and newborn admissions as needed

• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to clinical changes

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation

• Work across L&D and postpartum areas in a multi-skilled capacity

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado required prior to hire

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AFM

• CAPS and associated certifications required

• Experience in Labor & Delivery; multi-skill experience preferred (triage, couplet care, OR circulating, newborn care)

• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment with rotating schedules, call, and float assignments
