You are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. 

This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a daily basis.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of the customer experience, strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Receive incoming calls for service, convert inquiries to sales, schedule service 
• Develop and manage an effective marketing program in conjunction with owners and Glass Doctor marketing resources 
• Complete all service paperwork
• Continuously improve personal performance while improving company performance

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a service industry role (glass, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc)
• Working knowledge of service order processing, work flow, product ordering and technician dispatching
• Proactive management and communication with customers throughout the service process
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Professional appearance and personality
