RN - Critical Care

Location: New York 14456 (GGH & SSMH – floating required)
Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3x12 shifts
Additional: Every other weekend, holidays, and 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period

• Provide nursing care across Med/Surg, ICU, and ED units

• Assess, monitor, and implement care plans for patients of all acuity levels

• Float between units and facilities as needed to support staffing

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Active New York RN License: Required

• BSN Degree: Required

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Med/Surg, Tele, or Critical Care

• Must be comfortable floating between ICU, ED, and Med/Surg units

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA/RQI), NIHSS required

• Basic Coronary Care within 6 months; CPI within 90 days

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
