HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Pay: $19-$24 per hour

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Mechollage is a locally owned, veteran-owned HVAC company that has proudly served the Virginia Beach area since 2009. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and creating a positive first impression for every customer.

As the first point of contact for our company, you'll answer incoming calls, assist customers with scheduling service, and provide helpful information about our services. If you have experience in customer service, call centers, home services, or another fast-paced office environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Listen carefully to customer needs and gather accurate information
• Enter customer details and service requests into our software
• Answer questions about appointments, services, and basic account information
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up when needed
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Assist with maintenance membership and customer outreach campaigns
• Communicate clearly with coworkers to help ensure a smooth customer experience
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, reception, or office support
• Previous experience in HVAC or another home services or skilled trades company is preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused approach to your work
• High school diploma or equivalent
